Our History
Yangzhou Tongyi Machinery Co., Ltd. was formerly known as the Landing Gear Branch of Yangzhou Tongyang Machinery Co., Ltd. under Jiangsu Tongyun Group which started to manufacture the landing gear for semi-trailers from 1993. Due to company development needs, Yangzhou Tongyi Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, which specialized in the manufacturing of relevant accessories of semi-trailers and special vehicles. At present, the company has more than 120 employees, 35 of whom are technical personnel with technical secondary school and junior college education. To reinforce our product development, we have established close connection with College of Engineering, Yangzhou University, with commitment to the development and process enhancement of accessories for semi-trailers and special vehicle parts such as hydraulic tail-boards.
Our Factory
Our company is well-equipped with a variety of modern and professional production facilities, including the spraying coating line, submerged-arc welding, plasma cutting machine, etc., and has complete sets of testing equipment. We have been certified with IATF16946. With moderate price, superior quality and satisfying service, we have gained recognition from our customers and a high reputation. At present, our products are mainly exported to Singapore, Australia, Russia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Hong Kong, South Korea, the Middle East, North and South America, Europe, Africa and other countries and regions. At home, we form complete sets for factories under CIMC and major semi-trailer factories in China's all provinces and regions, with annual production capacity over 150,000 sets. At present, we have more than 30 gear varieties, with annual output and sales up to 100,000 sets, making us the biggest manufacturer of semi-trailer landing gears in China.
