Efficient vertical integrated double-stage combination air flotation equipment/cavitation air flotator/pressure jet air flotation equipment
Cavitation air flotation machine: This machine is mainly used for purification of municipal sewage and industrial sewage from papermaking, chemical industry, printing and dyeing and oil refining. The applicable materials include: high oil, high suspended solids and high COD sewage. How to treat sewage? What equipment can be used in the sewage treatment process to ensure sewage conforming to national standards for discharge or reuse and make the process economical in operation? In this regard, our company has introduced foreign advanced technologies to produce CAF series cavitation air flotation equipments for water treatment, which are mainly used for purification of municipal sewage and industrial sewage from papermaking, chemical industry, printing and dyeing and oil refining.

In the process of water supply and drainage treatment, the separation technology of solid and liquid as well as equipment is one of the key projects. Air flotation is one of the most effective methods for the removal of the fine particles suspended which are close to the water in the proportion.

1. Small land occupation, little power consumption, easy to operate and simple to manage;
2. High dissolved air efficiency, stable treatment effect, and the integration of control of machine, electricity and instrument;
4. Structure and work process
The WF type combination air flotation device is made up of air flotation tank body, dissolved air system, dissolved air return line, dissolved air water release device, foam scraping device (including combined type, driving type and chain plate type used respectively according to the needs of users) and electric control cabinet and other components.
The major role of air flotation (can reduce COD, BOD and chroma and so on at the same time) is the separation of solid and liquid. Add the flocculant PAC or PAM in raw water, and raw water enters the contact zone of the combination air flotation after the effective flocculation reaction (time, dose and flocculation effect must be experimentally determined). In the contact zone, the micro bubbles of dissolved air water and the floc in raw water mutually bond and enter together into the separation zone, under the action of the buoyancy of the bubbles, the flocs and bubbles rise together to the liquid level, forming scum. Scum is scraped by scraping foam device to the sludge zone. The fresh water in lower layer flows automatically through the collector pipe to clear water pool. Part of fresh water flows back which is used for dissolved air system, and the other part is discharged.
Through the jet flow inhale device, under certain work pressure, return water makes air dissolved into the water to the maximum extent, becoming the dissolved air water, and in air flotation contact zone, through the rapid decompression release of the release device, the dissolved air water forms micro bubbles with the diameter of 30um-50um. The micro bubbles can adhere to each other with the flocs in raw water.
