Description of Diesel Fired Hot Water Boiler
The WNS type fully automatic diesel fired hot water boiler is a fast-loading horizontal internal combustion three-circuit fire tube structure.
The boiler is arranged in a wet back arrangement, and the high temperature flue gas rushes through the second and third return pipes in sequence, and then the rear smoke chamber is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
The diesel fired hot water boiler has the following characteristics:
1) The hot water boiler load is within 30~100%, which can stabilize combustion and the water circulation is safe and reliable;
2) The diesel hot water boiler has high thermal efficiency, above 95%, and the exhaust gas temperature is low, up to 60 ℃, effectively utilizing the latent heat of vaporization of moisture in the flue gas;
3) Oil hot water boiler adopts the horizontal three-return wet back structure to increase the heating area, good sealing performance, reduce air leakage, reduce the air excess coefficient, and effectively improve the boiler thermal efficiency;
4) The hot water boiler adopts the quick loading form, the installation is quick and convenient, and the installation period is short;
